what do you want to ask?

i will be brief and wont reply to more questions coz my exam is close.

1. get all papers notarized not in china but in the us, use online companies
2. the signature from the dean should be english name not some chinese scribblings
3.do all the procedures early as they might get rejected for the first time due to some shortcomings
4. good luck bye

'm not in china right now as i have already graduated and I want to notarise the documents and directly send it to ecfmg rather then sending the papers to china and then back to ecfmg .So ,wanted to ask if thats possible cause i havent heard anyone directly sending the documents to ecfmg by only notarising it.

I called ECFMG and they said they DONT accept notarized documents...ECFMG is source verification system....Any ways first i made a letter that my university officials are changed so they are our new authorized official..........with ther full name ,rank, sign .
ALSO DONT FORGET UNIVERSITY STAMP ON THAT LETTER AND IT SHOULD BE ON LETTERHEAD ,IT SHOULD BE SEN FROM DEAN'S OFFICE MEANS ADDRESS SHOULD BE OF UNIVERSITY..

p.s: IF YOUR OFFICIAL IS ALREADY REGISTERD IN ECFMG DATABASE THEN JUST GET YOUR FORM 186 SIGNED BY THAT OFFICIAL

ok i am a good guy and here is what i did where it went wrong etc etc
1. i notarized my paper in china and got my paper signed by the dean of my school. and i sent it via dhl
2. the 186 was ok but they said my documents were missing and incomplete.
3. i sent them all the documents again via fax
4. they said it was still not good
5. then the user varun prateek here told me to use asta usa
6. i sent them my documents, they translated it and emailed it to ecfmg.
7. they now say all my documents have been verified in my account.
