Default Osteitis fibrosa cystica

In uworld its parameters are increase phosphate and decerase calcium..
In FA increase calcium and decrease phosphate..
which one is true??

Well this is a manifestation of hyperparathyroidism so Calcium should be elevated while Phosphate should be low .... also wiki says the same

I agree, its massive resorption of bone due to the increased PTH, and lets remember that it increases osteoclastic activity via osteoblast receptor-activation leading to resorption of bone and releasing CALCIUM.
so increased calcium and pth.
