I read great things, and I love pictures, and I saw part of one and thought wow that makes it so simple

so in a panic last month I paid for access to all of them

but haven't used it ONCE, that money would be better spent on books, or caffeine

I just don't have time to use them, I wish I did, but there are so many, and they go really really slow, and they removed the facility where you can speed it up and watch faster (though they say it's coming back at some point..)

My vote would be a no, unless you really are totally lost in the woods and need to go over it from the very very beginning, and have enough time and patience to go through the ones where you need extra help.

Pathoma is THE BEST thing I ever signed up to - it is only pathology but you will find he quickly goes through the basics , the 'normal' sometimes as a preamble to explain the pathophysiology

Well, it depends on when you plan to take the exam. Neuroanat itself is around 55 hrs long. If you have sufficient time on your hands, worth the time spent. If however you have finished reading your material once and you plan to take the exam in a couple of months, I suggest you don't spend time and energy on it.

yeah that's pretty misleading, right?

Pathoma is great and the book is super too - I haven't one through it properly yet but I have looked at some bits and I can say it's very concise key salient points all there in one place, nice and floppy cover that stays open and not too big or heavy at all. I really like the design and the way the content is presented (key points as condensed as possible while still making perfect sense). It also arrived really quickly (posted from the US to EU within about 3 days no customs charges etc)
