Default about extending my step one exams !

hi guys !
i had prepared for step one exams its due this march unfortunately m unable to give coz i got health complications and i have not scheduled my exams dates and i dont have extension period ! how to cancel the exam ?? and can i take up the exams next year same time ?? will that be a problem ?? worried please help

hello nitesh

upto my knowledge its not a problem 2 get a residency becoz of ur not able 2 reach ur xam on ur scheduled time. if u fix a prometric date then plz consider cancellling it as early as possible if u decide ur not able 2 take xam on that particular day. the only problem is u have 2 pay the whole amount 2 ECFMG again n fill another apllication for step1 thats all. i know upto here.but next time plz dont repeat it n fix ur study plan properly,take care of ur health as well n try 2 take ur exam with in ur appiontment time.spend money wisely becoz i also did a mistake like this thats y i m advising u. all the best
