Default Renal shutdown

Renal shutdown cause which ions to increase ??
According to kaplan qbank Hydrogen,potassium,sodium increase in serum and bicarbonate decrease.

BUT all these ions are absorbed from kidney except hydrogen so they should decrease in serum...
