Default Questions needing answers, and desperate for feedback :/

Hello All,

I have a question about the NBME exams. If per say you decide to do one of the exams for example NBME 7, if you decide to redo it in 2 weeks time, would it be the exact same exam or would it be different? And do they rearrange the order of the questions?

Another question I have is, would it be possible to study for and get a great mark on Step 1 with only a 3 month study window? I know everyone has a different pace and different approach in taking these exams but I really don't want to set myself up for failure. I'm an IMG and I graduated in 2011 and really cannot say i have the strongest base in my basic sciences, nor do I remember much of the course work we learned in school. So given these facts, would you say I have a fair chance in succeeding? Any input would be extremely helpful, thanks

P.S I work 2 days a week so i would have 10-12 hours of solid studying time 5 days a week.

Nbme order does not change. Questions are fixed.
Abt the 3 months nobody can assure u. Just start and see if that would be enough. But I bet not. For passing yes u can easily pass.
