Default facultative intracellular

What are facultative intracellular pathogens?

Facultative aerobes for example can grow both aerobically and anaerobically. Does this mean facultative intracellular are capable of both intracellular and extracellular growth?

Do they induce both cell mediated immunity (intracellular) and humoral(extracellular) immunity as they are having this property?

The facultative intracellular pathogens are:

Legionella,Francisella and others

Thank you
