Question NBME score .. am I good to go?

I just finished the NBME assessment for step 1 form 7. I got 510, which corresponds to a 3 digit score of 225. My performance was bad in Pharmacology, Histology and Biochemistry

I've been studying for 7 months now, and my exam is in 3 weeks. I have some questions :

Can I raise my score significantly in this period, say to 235 or 240?

Is it better to go over all the material in these 3 weeks or is it better to concentrate on the areas I am weak in ( Pharma and Biochem )? and

I am an international medical student ( senior year ) with 2 months US medical experience and some research experience and I am planning on an internal medicine residency .. Am I in a good place with this score?

Smile Yes and Yes

Yes you can raise your score to 230-240 range. Keep doing questions and revising the topics that you feel you are weak in. I recommend you read this Tips for your last weeks of USMLE Prep

Yes you can get into Internal Medicine Residency if you get above 95 score in the USMLE.

a friend of mine got about 205, IMG and is in an IM residency. He did have US LORs and didnt need visa sponsorship.

Your scores are in a good range and can most likely go up.
