Help Where to start for behavioral sciences?

As an IMG, I've found a huge weakness in my conceptual knowledge of behavioral sciences... We just don't cover it in as much detail.

Will learning the high-yield buzz words from FA be sufficient, without any previous in-depth understanding??

Help - lots of extra revision time required to learn this area from scratch!

The high yield book by Barbara Fadem is supposed to be pretty good. And do plenty of qbank/Uworld questions. FA is not enough for behavioral if you don't have the understanding behind it.

Even i am an IMG, I would suggest to do kaplan notes and videos, then UW. FA is not enough.

I agree with Sibb,
The behavioral sciences videos are the best and that was confirmed in this poll http://www.usmle-forums.com/usmle-st...ave-watch.html

Yup - and not only that, in person, Dr. Daugherty is an excellent resource as well so if you take a Kaplan live course, Dr. Daugherty will help you with your individual weak points - not just in Behav. science but in the whole syllabus.

He personally worked with Dr. Barbara Fadem and other leaders in the field to make the Kaplan lectures so thats why I feel the Kaplan resource is the best for this subject.
