Idea! Visa required for observership

Hi

Can any guide me what type of visa required for
Observership
Can I do it on F1 visa
Can we extend F1 visa and for how long can
It be extended
Can we extend it staying in USA or do we need to come

you can do observership and clerkship on a B1 visa...

For live lectures and center prep
So can I do observership also in the same
Visit

If I need to get b1 visa then again I have to apply ??

hey there. f1 visa I think is valid for 18 months... I m not too sure about this , where as a b1 visa is valid for only 6 months even though u get a multiple entry .. so if ur planning on doing prep, attending lectures and also observership I suggest u go on a f1 like ur doing.
yes u need to apply for a b1 again, and I think u have to do it from india ,cant be done from the indian consulate in us like before.

can u plz tell me where u are doing observerships in the us and the cost of the application. I would be very grateful. thank you again.
