Medicolegal and Ethics How to help a hypertensive decrease salt intake

Man hypertensive he could not decrease his salt intake what will be your action?

1 - Provide him list with food showing salt content of every kind to adjust his salt

2 - Tell him lets try to find out your problem and decrease your salt gradually



what i should choose i am confused ??
