can anybody tell me what's Goljan Audio?
Everybody is talking about it
Where can I find it
I don't want pirated material
I want to buy it legally

There's no such thing as Goljan audio legally !!!
the guy has a great book for pathology called Rapid Review and you can find it in Amazon
It seems that while he was giving a live lecture somebody recorded his talk and then distributed the tape!
You can only find it at illegal download sites and circulated among students
My friend has got from someone who was selling it in ebay for $10 !!!
