Help Don't know if I am ready?

I am very nervous. I have my exam in under 2 weeks. I am stuck in a situation where I can't postpone the exam, unless I have some crisis (which doesnt seem too difficult given my hyperventillation and panic state)... I really need some advice.

I havent done any texts in a long time. Trying to go thru FA now. Been thru it once before and some sections did twice.
5 months ago did NBME 3 online , scored 540/231...but then after that had a huge gap from studies due to moving and then health issues.
did UWSA 1 a few days ago, got 580/236... wanted to be happy about it, except that I dont know how the hell I got a score like that. My prep has been full of gaps and terrible to be honest. So many say dont trust UWSA, it overpredicts so that really killed it.
Now I am not sure what to believe. I have under 2 weeks to review FA , and I have a 1000 pages of UW notes (unread). ..and so little time...
please somebody guide me what to do... If I do another NBME..will that help? which one is the hardest??? which one can I trust?

BTW I scheduled bec i "thought" I was doing alright with the nbme 3 and went ahead and booked....but now I look at FA and feel lost..how can I walk into the exam with this feeling? I am v worried !!!

When i went to Kaplan Medical courses

all the teachers would say that if you are getting scores consistently over 210+... you should write the exam

a 227+ is an 99 on the exam, your clearly ready to write unless you want to do plastics or dermatology or something which you need a 240... but your clearly ready to write this exam.

Thats sounds so wonderful to hear..but when I look at FA, I get dizzy spells. Would it be wise to go to the exam without a proper read of FA where you get all the details down? I am so scared of just haven gotten lucky on a sim test or 2 and in the real exam, get bombarded with all the crappy stuff in FA that I didnt memorize. Havent done kaplan/goljan in ages!!

Can you please tell me what NBME I should do next? Which is the most challanging???
All I ever wanted is to get into Internal Medicine, nothing more. I dont care for dermatology or radiology. I just want IM v v v badly..and dont want to end up in family medicine or psychiatry. I started IM abroad in fellowship and want to continue doing that here in the US..so please...what does it take on an NBME (reliable one) to ensure I can get into IM? thank u

Do NBME 7 tommorrow.. its the exam assessement thats most like the exam.

Just go over the first aid book rapidly..

according to the usmle step 1 book, the mean score for internal medicine is 221 with marks ranging from the 208-232 ranges.. I think your grades are good from the looks of it to get in IM.. Just see how you do in nbme 7 and dont stress 2 much about your grades... Important thing is to just try to do your exam and pass and do as well as your able 2...

Step 1 and Step 2 Scores are very important... But its actually how well you do in your clerkship and your electives that is way more critical when residency directors look at your resume (apparently what it says in the Step 2 CK first aid book).. Theres a saying that goes around residency... They dont want good test takers, but good doctors.......... Just do your best and regardless of your mark.. if you have the will to do a speciality, then nothing should really stop you.. am i right?

Thanks for your reply. I agree that having the will is essential, and for an IMG , having the grades are too. My guess is that an IMG would need to get the upper range marks to get into IM.
I will do the NBME 7 tomorrow. I will post my score for the NBME here and hope that you can give me some input on that...just really hope I dont screw it. Thanks for taking the time to help.
