X Ray Right Lobar Pneumonia Lower or Middle Lobe

about lobar pneumonia ( right lung)

in x ray how i can know that the opacity in

lower lobe

or

middle lobe

they look like same

That's why they do lateral films, to distinguish such pathologies, you can't decided from the AP film you have to do lateral.
