I would like to ask, in Spina Bifida Occulta the AFP level will be normal am i right?
But for Spina Bifida Cystica (Meningocele and Meningomyelocele) the AFP level will be normal or high?
Thank you so much everyone.

Ok no problem. I read it in Goljan and kaplan anatomy. In FA 2014 I found meningocele AFP normal but in kaplan and goljan meningocele AFP increase. In both resources (kaplan and goljan) I found spina bifida occulta AFP normal.

You guys are correct. The AFP level in Meningocele documented in FA 2014 as normal is wrong and has been pointed out as one of the proposed errata. See http://www.firstaidteam.com/proposed...-errata-view-2 for a detailed list and supporting reference for the FA2014 proposed errata and suggestions
