Neuro Neuro on Step 1

How important is Neurology for Step 1 ? Since I am preparing for Step 1 now, i was wondering how much time i should spend on it and what resources i should use? So far i am using the Kaplan videos, lecture notes and high yield.

Thanks

You should get a matching videos/notes combination. The 2010 notes are available on Amazon
that's the only solution that I can think of. Perhaps other members will reply with other ideas.

If you google the Kaplan Lecture Notes 2010, I am sure you can find a lot of sites to download a pdf of all the lecture notes. I myself prefer hard copies though! Good Luck.
