Drug BILE drug question

a woman is found to have gallstones on a USG. she begina an oral therapy with ursodeoxycholic acid. what is the Mech of action of this drug?
a addition of bilirubin to bile
b decrease in the conc of bile acids
c decrease in the ration of chol to bile acids
d increase in the ability of gall bladder to conc bile
e inc conc of lecithin

I think is C. decrease in the ratio of cholesterol to bile acids.
Ursodiol decreases liver synthesis of cholesterol.

That's it bro, you are right. Its decrease the synthesis of Chol and helps relive the gallstone Sx.

i think its ci hav never heard of the drug,but c is the only mech that makes sense
