Goljan Memorizing Goljan RR cover to cover!

Ok, So it seems like Kaplan pathology won't be enough but do I really have to memorize Goljan RR cover to cover- 600 pages worth?

Did anyone do this and did it pay off?

Its gonna be terribly hard to memorize,

might as well just understand?

OR memorize the annotated high yield notes
