X Ray X ray lung, What's wrong?

This condition if commonly found among which type of patients. Notice the alveolar like pattern.

hey the picture is small..very difficult to comment..but it looks like CHF(bat's wing appearance/due to pulmonary edema)

If its not pulmonary edema then it can be Interstitial pneumonia-
etiology may be
  • Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia(PCP)
  • Mycoplasma
  • Chlamydia
  • Legionella
