I disagree How to speed up!

Please suggest ways to improve focus?

-How to increase duration of study hours?
(Seeing on this forum that ppl r studying for 12-14 hrs/day)

-How to increase speed of learning, memory?
So far ive covered the basic material (Kaplan vids+bks, FA, doing qbanks).
Although while doing these, I understood whatever I was reading,.
But now when I do questions, the stuff looks familiar but I cant recall anything!

Feel like the graph of my prep is declining!

pls share ur experiences/tips! thnx

Default Dont worry

Hey ! Dont worry. Some people are lying and some think they study 12 hours but usually they refer the time spent. But effective study cant be more than 6 hours. Try to do your maxımum for ex. my maxımum ıs 5 hours and i am trying to reach my potential everyday.

I think you've hit what we call the plateau phase, which is the time when learning goes very slowly. Just keep at it and do the best you can.

i have the same problem 😭 😭. I wake up at 9:00 am, I study until 1:00 pm. And then continued 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. after that I take a break until 8:00 pm, and finish 11: 00pm. It is very hard for me to focus my mind on the books. I studied anatomy one month ago and now i remember very little 😟 😟.When I do questions I feel that I don't know nothing. It is difficult but not impossible. Some people take kaplan Qbank as a teaching tool. It is possible to do kaplan Qbank without the books?
