Listening Not adding new but rather forgetting the old!

Hey guys, so I have about a month left and my scores so far have been:
216 on UWSA 1 (1 month ago)
227 on NBME 1 (3 weeks ago)
228 on UWSA 2 (2 weeks ago)
I'm aiming for 230+, so I know I have to continue working hard for this last month.
My problem is right now I feel like I'm at a plateau and its aggravating. I read some first aid everyday (according to whatever I feel I am weak in) and I do two blocks of my incorrect questions from UWorld.
I don't feel like I am learning anything new, rather that I am forgetting stuff previously learned.
Do you guys have any suggestions on how to best utilize this month to get that 230+.

Any tips would be appreciated

Do Kaplan Qbank, am sure you will start adding new info and your score will jump over 230

I disagree with this. If you don't feel like you're at the score you want, I don't think you should take the exam because of a so-called "peak". There is always new info to be learned; I think you may be plateau because you are repeating a lot of stuff and not seeing anything new. A new Qbank such as Kaplan would be a great way to see the material presented in different ways and will help you push above that plateau. You are scoring well now and with a month to go you can certainly get the score you want. Good luck!

Thanks guys for all your tips I agree, I really need to change things up. My anatomy has always been weak so I'm thinking of working on that over the weekend and hopefully add in new questions. It feels great to talk to people going through the same experiences through this forum!
