Question Neural Tube Defects and AFP????

About MENINGOCELE........
Acording to

1) Kaplan
AFP is elevated

2) FA
AFP is normal

3) ME
All neural tube defects are associated with variable elevation of AFP........

So whose right?????

Meningocele is elevated(kaplan, goljan, DIT) , and spina bifida occulta is normal

YES, as leydis said.
i dont know why they changed on FA 2014, but in 2013 is the right way.
AFP increased in all except spina bifida occulta
