Default BRS cases and problems!??

I went to get BRS physiology, I found a book called BRS physiology cases and problems.
Does anybody recommend this book?
or should I stick to the questions in the BRS physiology and Kaplan Q book?

I is a good book to supplement your study in physiology , written by the same author Costanzo.Buy it though there are a lot of copies on the net if you would search for them.I am using it and it helps .It is simple and follows the same sequence of BRS physio and Costanzo Physio.Do it , it won't take long.
