Default Help with scattered step 1 preparation

I am an IMG from Iran & have been studying for step 1 for past 1.6 years now but not regularly .I never had an issue in understanding any concept from Kaplan. But i feel like i don't remember much of what i have read so far .
I even tried doing FA , but with its very hard for me memorize anything from that book as its very condensed.
I subscribed to UW a week ago .Solving questions in random mode dint help me much & added to my frustration ,so i am doing it in system-wise pattern now.I read a chapter from FA and solve questions from UW for that particular chapter.
My exam is in MAY & i m looking to score 230+. Any suggestions as to what i should do at this point of time to achieve this score?

Hi Jacque,

You will probably benefit from a well thought-out step-by-step plan for your preparation. We here at The Academy have a very specific step-by-step plan that we give to all of our students, and if you are looking for some structure to your preparation, please feel free to download it from our website. It is free to all visitors to the site.

You can grab it here: http://www.usmlesuccess.net/the-ulti...nload-for-free

Best of luck on your exam!

You said you've been preparing for about a year and a half and were studying not regularly, so I have a few questions for you:

Did you take qbanks during time?
Have you taken any NBME assessments?

This is vital, they tell you were you're standing, your weak areas on which you need to focus more.

If you need some help getting a good schedule, I'd recommend you download an app called USMLE step1 cram fighter (if you have an iPhone/iPad or iPod touch) or go to their website cram fighter.com where you can make your own schedule based on the time you'll dedicate daily and knowing the approximate date of your exam. Or you can just do that by yourself if you're not willing to pay for that service.
