Virus Diagnose this microbiology slide

This one was abit tricky for me. One of my school's microbiologist asked this question, and it took a while for someone to answer. So guys, try diagnosing this!

It seems like a methenamine silver stained slide.
There are yeast forms of some fungus...and encapsulated....

So Cryptococcus neoformans??

Could those RBC be PC cysts by any chance?(On GMS staining)?

Thats Methenamine silver stain...Cryptococcosis..no doubts abt it
