Bacteria Best way to Study Micro Bugs?

I keep forgetting the salient points of each microorganism (gram reaction, transmission etc.) is there any better way of studying rather then just straight kaplan LN?

MRS + FA! That can replace Kaplan notes plus as you do uworld and kaptest, you'll be adding more points to FA, that should fill the gaps, if any.

Im 1/2 way done through Kaplan Microbiology LN already, is it wise to switch over to CMMRS? Or should I just finish it all with KLN + FA? (I still have immunology to go through)

FA and Kaplan is more than enough. When you do UWorld just add in anything that is extra into your FA.
