This is what i brought when i did my usmle in December.

1. Water
2. Cell Phone
3. Ipod Touch
4. Chocolate Bars
5. Special K strawberry bars
6. Some chocolate gronola bar
7. Banana Bread
8. Coke
9. First Aid Book
10. Passport/Drivers License/USMLE Permit
11. I think i brought freshly squeezed orange juice as well

ate cereal for breakfest.. no coffee.. Only had lets say... 0 minutes of sleep lol. I actually think the banana bread was really really helpful as it kept me full for the full exam. It also has no meat in it sooo there wont be any CCK being released in my body which causes people to be tired... Eat anything that is purely carbohydrates.

Drink a coke or something after the 4th or 5th block. After my fourth block, i began 2 feel tired.. But it wasn't till after the fifth i actually drank a coke 2 wake me back up again.

mmm, if i felt the exam was focused on a certain organ through out my exam, and something was on my mind as to what i thought the next coming questions would be. I would take a peak at it.

Like for example. When i finished my 6th block of my usmle, i had 15 minutes left of break time to kill, soo i was amazed that i didn't have one question on the C450 metabolism of drugs.. So i thought it would be a good idea to take one more look at it cause i had a feeling that there would be a question about it in the next block.

When i went into my 7th block... i get 5 questions about C450 metabolism in one block lolll. I smiled everytime they came up! You honestly get a little rush of adrenaline everytime they come up cause you know you got it right
