Default Please Help Me Guys ..very depressed !!

Hey Guys ! I have been studying for step1 on and off from Kaplan & pathoma for past 10-11 months.
Now i realize that discontinuous studying was a blunder.
Revising KLN isn't possible now as my exam is in 10 weeks.
Due to my condition now i am not aiming for score more than 220-230.
I am really depressed & feel like giving up.
Please advice me what to do.
