USMLEWorld USMLE World Explanations as a review reference?

For those who already wrote the Step, did you feel that many of the q's were related or were tested from the UWorld explanations? From Nov to January, I did UWorld avg scores, but made notes on almost all the explanations and will be reading them along with FA.

I am interested as well to know people's opinions as well on this. Also it will be beneficial to know how people can make the best use of UW?
