Question How many differents usmle exam per center

Hi somebody know if there are differents exam in the same center at the same day ,, or everybody have differents exams ?

and what about different countries...

are they harder in some countries.. or do they change the subjects.. i mean more behavioral for example

Everyone wherever you are will have some kind of different exam. There is a huge bank of questions. So you can have the same exact vignette as everyone in the room with you, but the question they ask everyone will be different.

This is done because, say you are at a center with 5 other people taking the exam..and you all finish one block...maybe the block you did, some other person will get that block later. So every vignette CAN be the same but every question they ask each individual will be different.
