Default What do you do if...

Someone posts an NBME question without telling you... you get it wrong, but realize and more important understand your mistake.

If you take the NBME several weeks later and you come across the question, would you answer it correctly or mark it wrong, cause you initially would have answered it wrong...

Well u got it right. No need to mark it wrong. Remember not all who get their wrongs corrected still score it right the second time.
Also if u want to mark it wrong then u must as well mark other explanations we see here which become valuable in answering questions.
We have to know that all these processes form part of the learning medium.
The only true assessment is the real exam itself which we cannot improve upon.
