Help NBME Form 7 difficulty?

I will be taking NBME 7 within next few days...I was just wondering in your opinion how was this new NBME (form 7) compared to the other NBME forms (ex: form 4,5,6)?...if you have taken any of those.

I am really worried and stressed about taking nbme 7 because i have heard that the questions are longer and that they are more difficult than the other forms...is that true?

I have also heard that the questions in this form are more like USMLE World questions...long, but that is why they give a couple of hints as to what the answer is...i hope that is correct because i like usmle world type of questions not one liner questions that some nbme forms have...so, is that true? :sorry:

Thanks for your help!

NBME Form 7 is the most predictive of the exam of all NBME Forms as you can see here Best NBME Form for USMLE Step 1

However, in terms of difficulty or question length, it's not that much different from the other NBME forms.
