Kids Causes of neonatal meningitis

Hey, somebody should tell me the order of step B, listeria, e.coli from the most common to the least common
I could not find it in Kaplan or FA and it seems there are many questions about it

Default Most common causes of neonatal meningitis

Here's your list

  1. Group B Streptococci
  2. E coli
  3. Listeria
the list is there in FA, check page 172 of the 2008 edition

Children meningitis (SPecial Neisseria Has EnteredVirus)
Strep pneuminia
Neisseria meningitis
H.influenza
Enterovirus

Adult meningitis (Neisseria Entered SPecial HSV)
Neisseria
Enterovirus
Strep.pneumonia
HSV

Elderly (SPecial -ve rod List)
Strep pneumonia
Gram -ve rods
Listeria
