I came onto this forum to read about international rotation possibilities, but found that international students (or many of you) are LOST about how and what to study for your USMLEs.

First Aid. Read it. Memorize it by heart.
UWorld. Do it all the way through. 40-60 questions a day at least.
If your grasp on pathology is poor, do Pathoma. Dr. Najeeb is the man.
Use Picmonic to memorize information. Drugs, bugs, diseases.

These four resources cover EVERYTHING you need to know for your USMLE and don't get overloaded with other study tools. The internet is a lot better than it was 10 years ago, and lots of medical information is free and online. If you're reading FA and get lost, google the info. If you're having trouble remembering or memorizing specific facts, look them up in Picmonic, you'll never forget the pictures. Every day make a schedule with Pathoma, UWorld.
