Smile Bee sting treatment!

Respiratory distress after stung by bee. What will you use to relief Respiratory distress ? Beta 2 agonist or alpha 1 agonist ?

B-2 agonist --> bronchodilation would be my guess

Yes, exactly. Its B2 Agonist.

Ex. Use of Epi in Anaphylaxis.

Bee sting usually results in anaphylaxis so:

- Beta 2 Agonist nebulization with O2
- Adrenalin 1:1000 intramuscularly
- Hydrocortisone I/V
