Help Documents to take with you to PROMETRIC

Please will someone write down ALL the documents we must take with us to the exam.
I remember seeing an amazing post on the forum here along time ago summing it all up but i just can't find it !!!

I would appreciate if any of the moderators or the other fellows here to write it or tag us the document

Photo ID showing signature ? .. can I have my passport instead of that ??

Appointment confirmation : What is that ? I already scheduled the exam but I have no clue to what this is !
