Planning Exam in 8 weeks, freaking out!

Now that my official study time is here, I am totally panicking. As you probably remember from my previous threads, I have been studying along with classes and have read most of First Aid and half done with Kaplan qbank.
However, I am sort of at a loss as to where to start now that this is my complete focus, plus I haven't taken an NBME and not sure if it's a good idea to take one now or wait until another week or two when I have reviewed all the material. Plus I haven't started UWorld, my plan was to wait until 4 weeks before the test and get it for a month, but some of my friends are saying I should get it now for two months, and that I should also get the UW self assessment and do it now.
Would I use both Qbank and UWorld together, or do I need to finish Kaplan Qbank first?
So confused...any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey, I know panicking sucks!! lol BUT..this is what you should do. If you haven't reviewed all the material...review it all and in 2 weeks take an NBME. I would suggest you buy UWorld now and try to get through it twice if possible! one month is okay but its 2000 ?s, and its a long process!
So I would buy it now and start by doing a block a day at least and then pick it up a notch in one month!
I think you should do a block of Uworld and try to finish up Kaplan Q Bank.
Hang in there, you are doing a great job.
