USA USA Microbial Diseases Maps

I don't know if this has been asked before but is there any place I could get a map or something similar which shows distribution of diseases (bacterial, viral and fungal) in the various states. e.g showing tularemia to be more common in Arkansas and Missouri.
Because I have been doing micro questions from Kaplan Q Bank and it seems like, as an IMG, a little bit of orientation in this regard would be really helpful.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Kaplan Lecture Notes has US maps of most fungal infections.

For bacteria and viruses you need to go to the CDC website to get the map for example I got for you this tularemia map
