Default Uworld Qbank correlation

Hey everyone,

I am about 25 days away from my test day (June 3rd) and I just did a 7 block practice test on Uworld Q banks today. My individual tests ranged from a 57%-74%. I got 1%-2% below average on three of them and the rest about 8-10% above average. I'm not too sure how to interpret this. Any suggestions on how to improve? Getting a 57% really shot down my confidence.

Thanks everyone!

Default take an nbme

I would recommend you taking an NBME as far as I know those are the ones giving you true correlations or at least the most reliable ones.

But NbME only gives you 4 blocks and I would still have to do the other three elsewhere. Would the 4 blocks really give you an accurate assessment as my scores tend to go down towards the last 3 blocks.

Why would you have to do that? dear, the NBME's aren't considered as the gold-standard for usmle score correlation for nothing. It's not all about taking the same time, but the kind of questions and the difficulty level that mimics those on the actual step.

So, yes go ahead and take and NBME you really won't know for sure how you'll do on the actual exam until you take an NBME or two.

Default Quick advice?

I just took an assessment on NBME form 16 and scored a 210. I'm 2.5 weeks away from test date. Should I postpone the test date?
