Hmm....not really sure but if I have to choose, I will pick vitamin C. Deficiency in vitamin C decreases the activity of proline and lysine hidroxylase during collagen synthesis. Decreased collagen synthesis in blood vessels will increase susceptibility of bleeding due to minor injury.
I think the Goljan audio made a note that it had be a good question to ask.
I think he asked: what vitamin deficiency can present with a complication of severe hemophilia A. He was talking in regards to haemathrosis.
