Help Details on USMLE payments for exams and qbank

Hi everybody,

I am in my 3rd year in med school and I have three more years to go, I intend writing the exams in my 5th year.
I would be very grateful if I am directed on how to get access to these resources i.e the qbank and payment of USMLE fees
