Unhappy Delayed exam and now I feel very bad

Hey guys, I have an issue.
I delayed my exam by a month when I felt I was ready, my concepts were clear, all I needed was some memorization before my test but I didn't get a chance to do this and I freaked out and didn't go for my exam.
Now I am waiting for a new eligibility period but the problem is I feel like I have forgotten everything and my brain feels numb when I do questions like I am not absorbing it.
I know I should look at this as a chance to increase my mark but the truth is I have been so down and lost a lot of energy, I'm more nervous than I have ever been for this test.
Most of my NBME's have me in the 220 range and I am fine with that grade.
I really hope my mark won't decrease. I even took off a day and just went out with friends to come back refreshed but still I feel drained.
I know I'm ranting a little but I feel like I have forgotten everything.
Any suggestions on how to get myself back together??

Thanks guy

Hi,
May be you are ready and you should just book your exam for as soon as possible once you get your permit with the new eligibility period! I can see how delaying the exam and waiting can get a little frustrating. Im sure by now you just wanna write the exam and be done with it. But in any case, keep doing questions and keep going over your FA and just know that you're ready and you can take the exam whenever you get your availability! Good luck!

Default You are ready

hi Nicki
i just wanna say that i follow your tread in the forum and i'm 100 % sure that you are ready for the exam.
just keep doing your thing, build the confidence and write your test in your new period.
it will not be easy to get your concentration back at the same level but your can apply this time to let things get connected in your brain.
if you have audio material,i think this is the best time to use them more along with your first aid.
YOU WILL DO GREAT
GOOD LUCK
WE ARE WITH YOU ON THIS.
