FA videos are waste of time. I highly recommend you to watch kaplan biochem videos and read again kaplan biochem and first aid respectively. You will see it is not that hard. I actually think it is one of the easiest subject of usmle

In my opinion FA is deficient in biochem section. Just knowing the cycles cold will not help in the real exam . Besides that i have heard some exams heavily integrated with biochem and molecular bio. So it would be risky to rely on FA merely. But regarding your concern i suggest you read FA and do some biochem questions in uworld . İf you get more than 70 % that means you are in good shape.

Default Hi everyone

Kaplan video to get the general concepts and lecture notes rapid reading with FA and UW will be enough to cram Biochemistry . Also i advise you to study Biochemistry again days before the exam b/c it is one of the forgettable subjects.

Default FA vs Kaplan

Kaplan explains everything in detail. FA gives you the outline assuming you can fill in the details.

So, I'm assuming you don't know Biochem that well. I recommend Kaplan for you.
