USMLEWorld How to improve uworld scores?

Do you guys review uworld as you're doing it to improve scores? I mean keep revising explanations you took notes on like a week ago? I revise only the block I did for that day but a week later I tend to forget some of the things so should I keep going back to my notebook that I write explanations in to revise? Or just do it alltogether after I'm done with the entire qbank?
