Help Menstruation irregularities clarification needed

clarification btw Metrorrhagia, Menometrorrhagia and Menorrhagia, correct me if i'm wrong please....

Menorrhagia = heavy menstruation @ regular intervals
Metrorrhagia = heavy menstruation @ irregular intervals but infrequent
Menometrorrhagia = heavy menstruation @ irregular intervals and frequent

i thought menometrorrhagia and metrorrhagia were the same thing

Menorrhagia : heavy bleeding [ >80 ml or > 7days] in normal cycle

Metorrhagia :acyclical bleeding ....

Menometorrhagia : irregular and excessive bleeding for reasons other than menstruation during or in btw the menstrual cycle ..
