Don't worry. I think you have enough time. A lot of colleagues of mine managed to increase their score by 30 or even 40 points in their 5-week study break.

Try to follow a 12-hour studying regime every day. Dedicate the first 4-6 hours to studying, then end the day with 1 or 2 blocks from uworld + First Aid annotation.

Do work on your weak points. Look at your NBME score distribution and assess your strengths and weaknesses.
I'm not sure what resources you have, so I can't give any recommendations.
Feel free to ask me if you have any questions.

And if possible, try taking another NBME 1 week before your test

I'm not sure if you've listened to them, but I highly recommend the Goljan Audio lectures. They're free and available on the internet. For the sake of time, however, I'll attach his transcribed audio notes in case you can't find them. I'd recommend reading through them while you're annotating Pathology notes.

If you manage your time well, you'll be surprised by how much you'll achieve in 5 weeks. Best of luck.
