Default Correct Answer is C

Whenever you suspect elderly or child abuse, you have to notify the social services.
If it was spouse abuse, then it's not mandatory to notify social services.

Default

C) Notify social services of the potential abuse

Notifying the State will result in State confronting the Family and placement of the elderly in the nursing home for the time being...........hence A n D excluded

The patient being 82 and severely malnourished nursing home is better option than residential community ....so c eliminated
