I have found USMLE Step 1 Secrets to be an excellent resource for boards, but it has been well noted that there are quite a few mistakes. Is anyone out there using this book as well? If so you surely must have picked up a few errors. I would indebted if you could post them in this thread.
p17 in the figure, angiotension increases renal perfusion and filtration, as well as aldosterone secretion from the adrenals
p338 figure should indicate NK cells come from common lymphoid progenitor as well
p339 in the table the innate response is not slow and the adaptive response is not fast, quite the opposite
p341 in the table IgA should have listed in function: mucous secretions, GI tract:bind and flush, breast milk, etc..
p661 PCP is an NMDA receptor antagonist, not what is listed there
