Planning Need some help on my study plan!

Hey guys,

I need some advice for my study plan. I have 2 months to go till my Exam. I am writing it in the last week of June.

So far I have gone through all of Kaplan 2010 videos and Lecture Notes. I still have to finish up path and pharm which I will on for the next 5 days and get it done. So from May 1st, I have approximately two months left and I plan on starting UWorld and Kaplan QBank along with FA. I plan to read FA once with each of the qbanks and once more in the last week of prep.

My question is -

1) Should I start with Kaplan Qbank or UWorld? (since I don't know if 2 months is enough to finish both of them)
2) How many blocks per day is it possible to finish? (I've heard people only get through 1 to 2 blocks per day but I wanted to do at least 4 blocks per day!)
3) Any other suggestions you might have?

Any input will be greatly appreciated
Thanks a lot!

Well I already know how long I need the subscriptions for but thanks. Since I only have 2 months left I will be getting a 2 month subscription for Uworld so i can do it in the last month and Kaplan Qbank only for the first month.

I personally feel you should do Kaplan q Bank for a period of 15 days if you want to... I do not like the Q bank much. I love u world better... May be 2 months of u world with first aid and revising the same will suffice than addition of q bank... Try doing NBME forms as well... That is a better indicator of real exam situation performance... Keep us posted about your progress..

Wow 15 days would be ideal time to finish up the kaplan qbank. hopefully i can do that coz thats my aim. i wanna give as much time to uworld and fa after that as i can.

Do not complicate... I personally did not like kaplan q bank bcoz the standard of questions are poor and below par.... It is a personal opinion... Many people may beg to differ... I believe that U world is "THE MOST IMPORTANT TUTORING AND TESTING RESOURCE" along with few NBME forms... Atleast two forms should be done online... It is something which i believe as time tested with my seniors...

As far as DIT is concerned, do not do it... Stick to First aid, u world and if u feel like then revise kaplan again...

But still i thinks it better to do both Kaplan and uworld.....many says the step was like uworld and other say it was like kaplan............so why take chances
