No. If you have Kaplan Books and Videos with you then there's no need of it.

Just get the offline USMLE World and subscribe to online USMLE World just 2 months before your exam day.

Use High Yield Neuroanatomy by James and Pathology by Goljan.

You can ask me the links of any books and videos. I've everything. I'll upload from here and you can download there.

depends how your basics are, if you think you need help with basics i suggest the live lectures, the centerprep it has its pros and cons, i bought it, and i kinda regret it now, i could easily study at my local library, however the live lectures did help me a lot, you meet people like you, you exchange lots of valuable resources and you can ask the kaplan doctors anything you want, the kaplan doctors show you emails from students that have done the step1 mentioning what topics to stress on etc. and the reinforcement of concepts they do i think is what drills the concepts in your brain lol.
my friend who also bought centerprep on the contrary is happy with it, saying that seeing other students study like her motivated her and also she could talk with them about doubts, also kaplan has a PLS (personalized learning system) which have mini tests of each chapter of kaplan books to see if you understood fully the chapter, and that organized structure to learn is something that some people find reassuring.
so it depends really on what type of person you are!

BUT if you feel that you have moderate basics maybe you are good to go off with videos and books by yourself like thinkusmle said.

One on One classes are definitely a better option for USMLE Step 1.
